Betaine contributes to the maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism and a beneficial effect occurs when 1.5 g of betaine is consumed daily. Daily consumption of more than 4 g may significantly increase blood cholesterol levels.

Ingredients:
Anhydrous betaine (TMG) (trimethylglycine).

Recommended daily intake to achieve a beneficial effect

Directions for use:
Adults: 1 scoop (2.5 ml) twice daily to be dissolved in a glass of water or another beverage. Consume immediately after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 4 g of betaine.
Best before end: date and batch number on the bottom of the packaging.
