Olimp Whey Amino 9000 - Amino Acid Complex

A complex of amino acids composed of hydrolysates of the highest quality animal proteins of two types: whey protein and egg white. This combination allows for an unprecedented amino acid profile in hydrolysate-based protein supplements.

The use of hydrolyzed egg white in Olimp Whey Amino 9000 multiplies the concentration of certain amino acids, namely: glycine by six times, L-arginine by two times, L-proline by 1.8 times, and L-alanine by 1.4 times.

Glycine participates in the transmission of impulses in the central nervous system as a neurotransmitter (activator of NMDA receptors); it is also fundamental to the synthesis of nucleic acids (necessary for protein synthesis) and contributes to the normalization of hematopoietic processes.

Besides its role in the synthesis of structural proteins, L-arginine is used by the liver to synthesize glucose, which helps protect muscles from catabolism during exercise (if taken before training) and quickly replenishes energy reserves and protein synthesis (if taken after training).

The higher L-arginine content of Whey Amino 9000 compared to ordinary protein hydrolysate increases nitric oxide synthesis, which improves blood flow to muscles and enhances their nutrient supply.

Usage Recommendations:

Depending on body weight, take 2 to 5 tablets three times a day:

• 70 kg - 6 tablets
• 70-90 kg - 9 tablets
• 90-105 kg - 12 tablets
• over 105 kg - 15 tablets
