INGREDIENTS : Fish oil, vitamin D - cholecalciferol, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water, emulsifier: natural lemon oil, antioxidant: vitamin E (from a tocopherol mix).


RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE OF PRODUCT TO CONSUME: One capsule twice a day with food and drinks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
