Fish oil, capsule ingredients (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) derived from Bacillus subtilis natto.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans.

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) per day, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water. Before use, it is advisable to perform a blood test for 25-(OH)D and consult the result of this test with your doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for adults.
