ORGANIC GLUTEN-FREE RED CURRY PASTE 50 g (SACHET) - ONOFF SPICES

Curry is an ambiguous term that describes a generally specific way of seasoning dishes that came to us from India, and it seems to have settled in for good. In Poland, the word curry is generally used to describe a mixture of spices, which includes turmeric, salt, coriander, cumin, mustard, ginger, pepper, and chili pepper, and sometimes also cinnamon, shallots, cloves, cardamom, garlic, or nutmeg. The word curry, however, derives from the Tamil kari , meaning sauce, and it is in this sense that it is generally used in its native parts. The more or less spicy curry sauce in Indian cuisine is poured over meat, vegetables, fish, cheese, or mixed dishes. The spicy curry paste with Thai red chili pepper gives meals a distinct flavor and unique character. Pasteurized product. Contains two suggested servings.
