Gluten-free pasta made according to a special recipe to achieve a taste similar to plain durum wheat pasta. The composition includes a combination of corn and rice flour. These two flours have a delicate flavor. We will prepare traditional Italian spaghetti dishes, such as carbonara, Bolognese, and Neapolitan.
