DESCRIPTION:

Field horsetail is known for its beneficial effects on the condition of hair, skin, and nails. The addition of nettle can improve skin firmness and elasticity and support the vitality of the body.

INGREDIENTS:

Field horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense), standardized to contain min. 7% silica, nettle extract (Urtica dioica) 20:1

USAGE:

1 capsule per day, to be swallowed and taken with plenty of water, after a meal.
