DESCRIPTION
Organic Arborio Rice comes from Italy. It is a unique variety of rice, characterized by a subtle nutty flavor and a unique aroma. It is the basis of a traditional Italian risotto dish. It is also perfect as an accompaniment to meats, salads, exotic dishes, and desserts.

HOW TO PREPARE
Boil the rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part rice to 2 parts water) over low heat, covered, for about 15 minutes (do not rinse the rice).
