DESCRIPTION
Organic parboiled rice has undergone a pre-heat treatment, which prevents it from sticking or swelling after cooking. The thermal action of the steam preserves nutrients, significantly shortens cooking time, and leaves the rice loose and fluffy. It is an excellent ingredient in main dishes and is also a perfect addition to salads, soups, and oriental cuisine.

HOW TO PREPARE
Pour the rice into boiling salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part rice to 2 parts water) and simmer for about 15 minutes.
