Gluten-free PIEROGI MIX SUGAR-FREE 550 g - FIVE CHANGES

INGREDIENTS
white rice flour, tapioca, gluten-free PURE flour, guar gum (thickener), sea salt.

DESCRIPTION
Gluten-free dumpling mix. No added sugar, contains natural sugars.

PREPARATION METHOD
1. Pour the mix into a bowl. Add 30 ml (3 tablespoons) of oil. Gradually add 400 ml (about 80℃) of hot water, kneading the dough for about 5-7 minutes until firm and uniform (be careful not to burn yourself!). The longer you knead, the more elastic the dough becomes.
2. After kneading, cover the dough with a bowl. Detach 1/4 of the dough and roll it out thinly. If necessary, lightly mix with gluten-free flour (can be rice flour). Cut discs from the dough. Place the filling of your choice on each and carefully seal the edges. Cover the finished dumplings with a cloth.
3. Repeat the process until all the dough is used.
4. Dip the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
