DESCRIPTION

Organic semolina (semolina) is obtained by grinding purified soft wheat grains. It contains gluten, which is its advantage in the preparation of puddings and legumes, or the popular thick fruit semolina. It is also perfect as an addition to soups, cakes, pastries and stews.

HOW TO PREPARE

Semolina in milk: Boil 1/2 liter of milk, pour 3 tablespoons of porridge into the boiling milk. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
