DESCRIPTION
Organic white sesame seeds, hulled after roasting, can be a tasty addition to salads, bread, and various dishes. They can be used to make homemade tahini, a sesame paste that is an excellent alternative to butter or margarine. We also recommend grinding them as a topping for porridge, rice, soups, or steamed vegetables. Sesame seeds should be ground just before consumption. Pre-soaking the sesame seeds improves their digestibility.
