DESCRIPTION
Organic rye bran is a product produced by grinding rye into rye groats. Bran consists primarily of the most valuable outer layer of the grain, i.e., the covering of the fruit and seeds. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. It tastes delicious with dairy products. We also recommend adding it to soups, salads, and sauces. We recommend subjecting the bran to a short heat treatment before consumption.
