B12 liposomal spray 59 ml NOW FOODS

In 1920, a study was published showing that eating liver in bleeding dogs significantly accelerated their recovery. Subsequent studies revealed that there is another compound in the liver besides iron that alleviates the symptoms of anemia. This was vitamin B12.

Vitamin B12 is found naturally, primarily in animal products. In plants, this vitamin is present in trace amounts, so people following a vegetarian or vegan diet are at risk of deficiency.

Vitamin B12 is essential for the proper functioning of the nervous, digestive, and hematopoietic systems. It plays an important role in the transformation of proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids.
