INGREDIENTS

DESCRIPTION
An innovative combination of silicon with a unique taste of aronia, blackcurrant, and elderberry. It's complemented by a pinch of inulin, which adds a hint of natural sweetness. Diatomaceous earth is a dusty mineral and, due to its drying properties, can cause a feeling of dryness. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the spray, as this can irritate the respiratory system.
Food supplement supporting hair, skin and nails in powder form.

COMPOSITION OF THE RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE 3 g (1 scoop)
amorphous diatomaceous earth (diatoms): 2550 mg
of which silicon: 1094 mg
inulin: 150 mg
freeze-dried aronia: 90 mg
freeze-dried blackcurrant: 105 mg
freeze - dried elderberry: 105 mg

HOW TO USE
Adults: 3 g (1 scoop) per day dissolved in a glass of water or other drink.
children from 12 years: 1.5 g (0.5 scoops) per day to dissolve in a glass of water or other drink.

RECOMMENDED DAILY QUANTITY
Adults - measure (3g). If you feel the dose is too high, reduce the dose to 0.5 measure (1.5g) and gradually increase to 3g. Children from 12 years - the maximum daily dose for children is halved (i.e. 0.5 measure) 1.5g). You can start using 1.5g or even a smaller portion depending on your own discretion and observation of the child.

NOTICED
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and balanced diet should be followed. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients in the preparation. This product is not intended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.
Do not allow product to get into eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
