INGREDIENTS
amorphous diatomaceous earth, fish collagen, inulin (from chicory), freeze-dried blackcurrant, freeze-dried elderberry, freeze-dried aronia

DESCRIPTION
A combination of diatomaceous earth with collagen and aronia, blackcurrant, and elderberry. It's finished with a pinch of inulin, which adds a naturally sweet note. Diatomaceous earth is a dusty mineral and, due to its drying properties, can cause a feeling of dryness. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the spray, as this can irritate the respiratory system.
Food supplement for bones, joints and skeleton in powder form.

amorphous diatomaceous earth (diatoms): 2100 mg
of which silicon: 903 mg
fish collagen (marine hydrolyzate): 450 mg
inulin: 150 mg

freeze-dried blackcurrant: 105 mg

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Adults - measuring cup (3g). If you feel the dose is too high, reduce the dose to 0.5 scoops (1.5g) and gradually increase to 3g. Children from 12 years - the maximum daily dose for children is halved (i.e. 0.5 scoops) 1.5g). You can start with 1.5g or an even smaller portion, depending on your discretion and the child's observation.

RECOMMENDED DAILY QUANTITY
1.5 g or 3 g of the product

ATTENTION
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and balanced diet should be followed. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to the ingredients in the preparation. This product is not intended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.
Do not allow product to get into eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
