ORGANIC WAKOUCHA BLACK TEA 60 g - MOYA MATCHA

The taste of this loose leaf black tea is refined, delicately floral with notes of honey and spices.
The word "kou-cha" translates to "purple-colored tea." The term wakoucha comes from Japanese soft water, which has been dyed a dark shade of red with a hint of blue. This is also why it was once called red tea. After brewing with medium-hard water, more typical of European countries, the wakoucha infusion acquires a deep, dark amber color.
Moya Wakoucha comes from the Mie region of Honshu.
Wakucha black tea is an ideal companion for meals and desserts, its sweetness contrasting with its taste.
Like all black teas, wakoucha is dried after harvest and then undergoes a fermentation process, which distinguishes it from green tea. The result of this process is its dark color, slightly earthy flavor, and lower caffeine content than, for example, green sencha.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour 3g of tea into a cup and pour 150ml of water at a temperature of 90-95 degrees Celsius. Brewing time: 3-4 minutes.
