DESCRIPTION
Oolong tea is also called emerald, blue, turquoise, dragon, or oolong tea. According to Chinese classification, it belongs to the blue tea group, while according to Polish classification, it is most often red. Its leaves are gently fermented. Oolong tea has a much less acidic taste and a more delicate palate, with sweet, even fruity notes. It is also characterized by a high tannin and plant tannin content. It contains only a small amount of caffeine.

HOW TO PREPARE IT
Brew the Oolong in slightly less water - 1 teaspoon per small cup of water - about 120-170 ml. The optimal water temperature is 90 * C. Strain the infusion of leaves after about 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the strength of the tea you prefer.
