INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Three capsules at a time at bedtime or one (1) capsule 3 times daily before meals.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

If you are taking medications for depression (e.g., antidepressants, MAOIs, and SSRIs), consult your doctor before taking this product. Concomitant use of L-tryptophan with antidepressants may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome. This includes symptoms such as confusion, sweating, agitation, nausea, involuntary muscle contractions, and rapid heart rate. Do not use L-tryptophan before driving or operating heavy machinery.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people who are ill or taking medication should consult a doctor before taking this product.
