Indications / Properties:

For beauty
Improves microcirculation, enhances skin tone, brightens, moisturizes and strengthens the skin, has antiseptic and disinfectant effects, prevents inflammatory and fungal skin changes, supports healing of acne lesions, reduces the formation of pimples, regulates sebaceous gland secretion, normalizes sebum production, soothes, improves skin condition and overall appearance.

For health
Tea tree oil is recommended for flu, colds, fever, runny nose, asthma, sinusitis, rheumatism, fungal infections.

Usage:

BATH – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils, mixing thoroughly (6-12 drops of oil per bath).

MASSAGE – add selected essential oils to a carrier oil intended for massage. Pour about 50 ml of carrier oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix.
Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle, in a cool and dark place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
Usually, 2-3 drops of essential oils are added per teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil.

DIFFUSING – fill the water container in an aroma burner with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.

SAUNA – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR USE OF ESSENTIAL OILS
– do not use in the first months of pregnancy: peppermint, thyme
– do not use during pregnancy: cedar, myrrh, cypress, fennel, juniper, marjoram, rosemary, sage (has a contractive effect).
– do not use with hypertension: thyme
– do not use with epilepsy: rosemary, fennel
- do not use internally (do not drink)
- essential oils should not be used by pregnant women and children.
- protect eyes from direct contact with the oil.
- do not apply undiluted oils directly to the skin, except tea tree and lavender oils.
- do not use if allergic to the oil is confirmed
- avoid sun and UV lamp exposure after citrus oils.
