Application:

• tensions,

• muscle pain, anxiety.

Instructions for use:

• Massage: 10 ml (tablespoon) of base oil, mix with 3 - 5 drops of oil of your choice.
• Baths: 10 to 15 drops of oil for 3/4 of a hot water bath.
• Aromatization: mix 5 to 10 drops of oil with 2 tablespoons of water.

Ingredients: Citrus aurantium dulcis peel oil, limonene, linalool, citral, citronellol.
