Turmeric contains compounds called curcuminoids (including curcumin). Turmeric has strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Use

Shake well before use. Measure 5 drops onto a teaspoon and consume directly or mix with other fats.

Recommended dose

5 drops: 2000 IU J3 = 50 µg J3 (1000% NRV*), 90 µg K2 (120% NRV*) and 17 mg of turmeric extract.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
