INGREDIENTS

flax, capsule shell: gelatin, moisture retaining agent:
Glycerol, purified water. Contains sulfites.

HOW TO USE
One capsule daily with food and
watered down with water. Do not exceed the recommended portions for consumption during the day. The product
cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a properly diversified diet
The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Caution! The maximum amount of vitamin D in food supplements for
healthy adults up to 75 years of age is 2,000 IU (50 µg) per day,
while in food supplements intended for healthy people over 75 years old, it is 4,000 IU (100 µg) per day.
