DESCRIPTION :

NOW Foods Vitamin D3 Capsules provide this essential vitamin in a highly absorbable liquid capsule form. The body normally obtains vitamin D from food, or it is formed in the skin by ultraviolet radiation from sunlight. However, its content in food is not high. As more and more people avoid sunlight, supplementation is becoming necessary to provide the body with an adequate dose of vitamin D.

COMPOSITION :

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), beef gelatin, glycerol, virgin olive oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule per day with a meal and a glass of water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
