Vitamin E has been called the vitamin of youth, and for good reason. It is excellent for fighting free radicals that threaten the condition of our skin. Our vitamin is a 70% tocopherol blend obtained from high-quality sunflower seeds, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is fat-soluble, making it a good addition to oils. If the skin is significantly weakened, it can be used alone for a specific period of time, while its rather thick consistency encourages the creation of your own blends.

Nourishing mask with vitamin E for the face and décolleté for tired, gray skin needing an energy boost:
1 tablespoon of shea butter (dissolve in a bowl), 3 drops of fig opuntia oil, 2 drops of vitamin E
Apply the mask to a washed and lightly dried face and neck. For a more intense effect, apply a warm compress or gauze pad and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do not wash it off. Due to the intensity of the treatment, we recommend doing it in the evening so that the nutrients have time to be absorbed.
