DESCRIPTION

- supports proper muscle function < br / > - helps maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels
- especially recommended for the elderly and pregnant women

Vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones and teeth. It supports the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system. It promotes the proper absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and is also involved in cell division. The body produces vitamin D through skin synthesis, under the influence of the sun's UV rays. In summer, however, this synthesis is limited due to the use of cosmetics with UV filters, and elderly and pregnant women are advised to avoid excessive sun exposure. In autumn and winter, vitamin D synthesis in the skin is limited due to reduced sun exposure. Furthermore, in people over 65, there is a marked reduction in skin vitamin D synthesis.

The product contains flaxseed oil with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Alpha-linolenic acid helps maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effects are achieved by consuming 2 g of ALA per day.
