Vitamin K (menaquinone K2-7) 100 µg - 133%*,
Vitamin D (vitamin D3) 5 µg - 100%*.
* RDI: reference daily intake for adults

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE:
1 capsule per day with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
